Partners

A Tale of Two Countries is a joint venture by the leading Finnish and British archives and libraries. The project is lead by The Finnish Institute in London and created together with The British Library,  The National Archives of Finland and The National Library of Finland. Materials have also been provided by Yle Archives, Päivälehti Archives, the Archive of Urho Kalevi Kekkonen, Migration Institute of Finland, The Guardian and The Observer Digital Archive. All partners are committed to preserving, digitising and opening up historical materials to public to be used for research and educational purposes along with the curiosity and desire to understand the past better.
